Thomas majored in Supply Chain Management at Arizona State's WP Carey School of Business and went on to lead warehouse teams and launch specialized transportation management systems at Menlo Logistics and XPO Logistics before joining FourKites as an early-stage employee.
After spending five years enabling partners and customers on the FourKites real-time transportation visibility platform, he saw firsthand the opportunity to help companies improve supply chain decision-making using real-time data and eliminate waste in the cumbersome supply chain processes by leveraging automation.
When he's not working to make supply chains better for customers, he enjoys watching soccer with his wife and spending time outdoors (weather permitting) in Chicago.

After graduating from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Operations & Information management, Taylor spent a year and a half doing consulting for the largest technology consulting firm in the world, Deloitte.
After Deloitte, Taylor spent 5 years helping grow a Logistics technology company (FourKites) from 30 to 600 people and revenues grow over 10x. At FourKites, Taylor's role was to lead a global team that used technology to improve the business. Taylor worked with every function, implemented tools and built his own, and most importantly, he empowered people with technology.
While working at FourKites, Taylor invested his time outside of work in Chicago's creative spaces. From starting a Dance Studio in Humboldt Park, working with Mural Artists, to helping local musicians get exposure with Spotify, Taylor grew to love working in creative spaces with creative people.
